Yes, It'sFound is a web app.
To access the app directly from your device's screen:
1. Open It'sFound (www.itsfound.com.au) and go to your dashboard (or whatever page you want the app to open from).
2. On your mobile device select the export icon in bottom bar (blue square with an up arrow out the top).
3. Slide grey icons to the left and select "Add To Home Screen".
4. Name it something (or leave default name) and click "Add" in the top right corner.
All done.
